I am an RTS winning Producer and BAFTA nominated Director with over 20 years experience in animation and unscripted (pre-school, fact-ent, actuality, live events). Experienced in all production areas, both on location and in studio, pre-recorded and live output, and on digital platforms, with proven excellence in creating kids and family content. 

I am a collaborative, motivated Series Producer / Senior Producer / Edit Producer / Director / Animation Producer. My skills include leading large, diverse teams and managing complex productions with multiple stakeholders from concept to delivery; generating ideas, scriptwriting and storytelling. I have strong editorial judgement; effective risk management; and am experienced managing budgets, schedules and delivering to deadlines. I am highly organised and adaptable, I work efficiently whilst producing creative, high quality programming. I have excellent communication skills and build strong relationships, nurturing on- and off-screen talent, creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
