It was a pleasure working with Ryan over the course of the 10 or so weeks we were together. He is laid back and easy-going as well as conscientious and hard-working. He has a keen editorial eye and good creative flair. He is also happy to make and take suggestions, and not afraid to ask questions when he didn't think things were working - something I found very productive. Overall his character and professionalism created a very productive environment that helped us create two successful episodes of the series. I would definitely work with him again.

I've made over 10 hours of broadcast TV with Ryan - ranging vastly in subject, style and channel and he is without a doubt one of the best editors I've ever had the privilege to work with. Visually he's excellent, his pacing is second to none, his use of music is very rarely bettered, and best of all he has a director's level understanding of narrative and scripting. He is also incredibly fast, conscientious and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan for a whole range of projects, except if I do I might not be able to book him in myself!
