I’m Carlota, a creative and highly organized production professional with a strong foundation in independent filmmaking. I recently completed a Master’s in Screen Acting at MetFilm School London, where I also discovered my passion for producing and behind-the-scenes work. Since then, I’ve created and produced four short films from the ground up - overseeing everything from budgeting and scheduling to location scouting, crew coordination, and post-production management.

In November 2024, I co-founded Cinematic Blondes Collective, a female-led production company focused on telling impactful, visually driven stories. Built entirely from personal investment and collaboration, the company was born out of a desire to create high-quality work while opening doors for emerging talent in the industry.


My experience spans across development, pre-production, and on-set logistics. I’m confident working in fast-paced environments, problem-solving on the fly, and collaborating with different departments to help a production run smoothly.
