Development and production professional with experience supporting film and television projects from initial concept through to delivery, combining strong editorial judgement with practical production expertise. After being selected by the Co-CEO of DNEG 360 to join the company's newly established Development department, I discovered the ideal intersection of my passion for storytelling, analytical thinking and commercial awareness.

I thrive on identifying promising writers, developing projects with creative potential and helping shape stories that resonate with audiences. My experience assessing scripts, evaluating IP, tracking talent attachments and contributing to editorial discussions has given me a strong understanding of both the creative and commercial considerations that underpin successful development. I believe great ideas can often become exceptional projects through thoughtful development, while ensuring ambition is aligned with audience and budget.

Alongside my development experience, I have coordinated productions from conception through to release, worked confidently with high-profile producers, writers and talent, and developed a reputation as someone who solves problems, understands the wider production pipeline and keeps projects moving forward.

Whether supporting development executives, managing complex workflows or representing the company at international industry events, I bring a calm, collaborative and proactive approach. Outside of work, I remain immersed in film and television through screenwriting, reading screenplays, attending festivals and keeping pace with the evolving industry.
