Bex Schwartz is an award-winning writer/director and creative director. She started her television career at VH1 and rose through the ranks of their on-air promo department while also establishing an on-camera presence as a comedian and pop culture commentator. Bex was part of the team hand-picked to launch Logo TV, the first LGBTQIA television channel. She hopped over to Nickelodeon to serve as a Creative Director, before pivoting to a position of ECD at two different production companies.  Currently, she runs Starbex TV, a boutique creative studio (and certified Woman Owned Small Business). She creates, writes, showruns, and directs both shortform and longform content for streaming, broadcast, advertising, and social. Recent projects as a writer/director include cross-platform campaigns for Betterment (starring four elite athletes) and Ulta Beauty (starring SNL’s Ego Nwodim).  Bex is also a script/speechwriter and creative lead for live events, awards shows, and celebrity galas for clients such as Google, Equality Now, The Kering Foundation, The Alliance for Women in Media, and Comic Relief US / Red Nose Day.
