With over eight years experience of running social channels and devising strategy for news and lifestyle publications from British GQ and Time Out to Metro.co.uk to The Telegraph, I've realised that the part of my job that has always brought me the most fulfilment and joy is telling interesting stories and platforming unheard voices. I love being 'the story-finder'. Whether that's commissioning a mini documentary on London's last DVD shop or elevating the work of the city's social enterprises or finding subjects for historical documentaries.
