I am a Business Management and Japanese Studies graduate, looking for an entry level position in the tv/film industry. For the past few years, since graduation, I have gained varied experience in entrepreneurship, market research and hospitality. Having a career in a creative profession is something I have known I have wanted since I was a young child. My early memories of film and TV centre around my obsession with Studio Ghibli films, particularly Kiki’s delivery service as well as Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom and Fantastic Mr Fox. Later on, it was watching Tim Burton’s Wednesday that solidified my desire to work in the industry. 

I always have a creative project on the go which requires me to dedicate days, weeks or months to complete them. Personally, an artistic process which takes time, effort and dedication to complete is the most satisfying and enjoyable, which is why I believe the film/tv industry would be the perfect fit for me. Over the years I have made countless paintings and drawings. I have made jewellery and clothing. And most recently, over the last two years, I have been working on my fantasy novel as I have become fascinated with integrating storytelling into my artistic endeavours. Each of these projects has required a unique planning process and I am excited to discover how I can utilise my learnings from these creative projects and apply them to the film/tv industry. Read Less
