Hi my name is Scarlett, I am 21 and have for a very long time had a keen interest in comedy. Ever since my parents removed parental controls on the family Netflix account I have spent lots of my free time watching sitcoms, some of my favourites being: This Country, Fresh Meat and Stath Lets Flats, the latter two of which I have since written university assignments on. I have recently graduated with a degree in English from the University of Sussex and have been really interested in the comedy scene in Brighton. In my first year I started a Taskmaster Society with my best friend which gives indication of how devoted I am! Three years ago I started working in a theatre in my hometown of Bedford which has allowed me the opportunity to meet some of the comedians who I have looked up to for so long, something which has really fuelled my desire to get involved myself! I am particularly interested in sitcom development but also love panel shows and unscripted TV, as well as documentaries.
