My career to date has been a rather mixed bag working simultaneously as a pharmacist and also in the performing arts. As a highly hospital trained pharmacist, I have a excellent scientific research abilities, which due to the nature of my work, have always been required to fit within a fast deadline and tight timeframes.
I have demonstrable qualities required for a researcher including excellent time management, the ability to research whilst source and fact checking. My healthcare training has taught me how to interact with people of all ages, beliefs and backgrounds, both as a leader and a team member. I am able to learn, retain and disemminate information in a timely manner.
Having owned my own theatre school for twenty years, being married to an actor and having grown up children all involved with television and film, I continually read and write scripts, research material and have had the pleasure of insight of professional stage, television and film sets.
At home my hobbies include a passion for my extensive garden and wildlife that it brings. I have always been a firm believer in celebrating our countryside and history with my now grown family and am regularly found in National Trust venues and our wonderful heritage sites.
