Why is it that when we’re trying to promote ourselves in CV bios or "About Me" sections, we feel compelled to write things like, "I am a versatile and dynamic Producer/Director with extensive experience across television, film, and branded content production"? Nobody actually talks like that—and if they did, you probably wouldn’t want to work with them.

So, keeping it simple: I’m a hard-working Producer and Director with a lot of experience in True Crime formats, a little less (but still substantial) in science and medical formats, and plenty in commercial projects. I’m great with budgets, excellent at finding the best deals, and I have a little black book full of the industry’s top freelancers.

As a Director, I have directed everyone from beauty bloggers to fighter pilots and filmed with everyone from pop stars to Czech ghost hunters. I’ve also set up, produced, and run multiple interview/location shoots, as well as a number of dramatic reconstruction shoots—from single-day shoots for one episode to full 12-day shoots covering entire series.
