As an experienced Senior Production Professional with over 15 years’ experience across different genres and media I excel in team leadership, people management, strategic thinking, adapting to evolving challenges and driving success. 
I am used to managing a large slate of productions, enabling the successful assignment and delivery of all projects.

Between 2019 and 2024 I was with Atomized Studios (Freuds Group), as the production executive first and then Head of Production.  Through my work I helped the studio creating original film and interactive content for a variety of brands and organisations. With my experience, flexibility and thinking out of the box I've managed multiple teams working across branded content, social media assets, event filming, podcasts, studio live streaming and hybrid productions.
Main clients I worked with: Astra Zeneca, BOfA, Goals House, EY, Mars, Samsung,  Small Market Initiatives to name a few.

Prior to joining Atomized, I was a Line Producer and a Production Manager in the Film and TV industries.  I have worked with international crews across continents, both in office and remotely, overcoming cultural, communications and logistical challenges. I have collaborated with local freelancers and large-scale crews across multiple time-zones and I have managed projects with budgets up to £15M, consistently delivering on time and on budget, whilst allowing creativity to flourish.  
 
I also take pride in fostering younger professionals by supporting their growth within high-performing teams and I firmly believe in diversity and inclusivity, and I strive to ensure every project reflects this ethos.
