Senior Producer with experience in both development and on productions. I particularly enjoy working on fact-ent, documentary, access-based and formatted developments and series.

In development I often work in a people facing role, dealing with casting and locations as well as handling tricky access relationships, but I have also been instrumental in formatting a programme which got through to the final 2 of Channel 4 Global Formats Fund and have single handedly delivered a 20-part fully fledged second series proposal of Adults Only for Channel 5. I love to crack a top line, or write out fully researched decks. I have a strong editorial head and extensive story producing experience, working in particular with vulnerable contributors on programmes of a sensitive nature - empowering people to share their stories and experiences. Purpose is everything in TV, and I understand how to weave purpose and personal stories into development treatments, access requests and throughout editorial content.
