Bonjour! I'm a French food stylist originally from Marseille. I moved to Scotland in 1992 and quickly fell in love with the beautiful landscapes and wonderful people, so I decided to make it my home.
After a fulfilling career as a head chef and restaurateur, life took an unexpected turn in 2014, leading me to work as an assistant greensman for the TV series Outlander. One day, I was asked to prepare some food for the set, and that's when my journey as a food stylist truly began. I love my job.
Since then, I've combined my culinary skills and creativity to work in the film, TV, and media industry as a food stylist and worked on over 80 productions.

My work includes researching, designing, creating, and styling food for on-screen displays and also edible and tasty food for the actors and extras so they can enjoy delicious and safe meals while filming, all while maintaining strict hygiene standards and looking after continuity and resets.

In addition to food styling, I can offer advice on kitchen dressing, restaurant service operations, and can even provide some kitchen props if needed.

I hold a valid hygiene certificate, liability insurance and a clean driving license and I am ready to travel wherever the job takes me.
I'm passionate about promoting food recycling and minimizing waste on set. Whenever possible, I donate any unused, edible food to local food banks or share it with cast and crew.
