A BJTC-accredited TV journalist and versatile communications professional with a squiggly career, having worked in TV, digital, radio, print, online and for charities, including Comic Relief. I am also a recent returnee from leaving the industry during “the Covid Years”, when I was the Communications and Community Engagement Officer for a new branch of national youth homelessness charity Depaul UK. 

No matter the genre or platform, my desire is to focus on highlighting human stories, giving people a voice and opening the eyes of audiences, while keeping everyone engaged. Subjects include medical, health and wellbeing, disability, the sex industry, sustainability, homelessness, teenage pregnancy, kids and dogs and capturing everyday life.

I am an adaptable AP, who’s ready to step up to Producer on the right project (also very happy in AP work). I find the most joy when involved across the whole of a project, helping develop it from the start and seeing it come to fruition, but I'm very used to diving straight into the middle.

I can self-shoot (XF-305), but haven't done so for broadcast other than GVs and will need a little practice. I would appreciate the opportunity.
