I’m Nathan and I’m a comedian/writer from Wakefield in West Yorkshire and have been making work on and off for almost ten years between working in hospitality to fund my dream after Graduating from Salford in 2010, I have been very privileged to have been awarded a few different commissions from theatres such as The Lowry, Contact Theatre Manchester, Camden Peoples theatre and Theatre Deli to produce a slew of one man performance/comedy shows, one of which the Times called “Smartly silly” and Joanna Higson from Shameless called my work “Fragile, brave and hilarious” for I Wish You Were Here, a story of love, loss, loneliness and finishes with me showering myself in cider naked while performing John Denver on the Ukulele, because ‘art’ I guess.I also have a TV show in development at the moment with a producer attached and currently looking for production companies to pick it up.Rather than sitting on my laurels I feel the need to open up more avenues for my own creativity and to expand my network.
