I work at the intersection of research and production, with a focus on documentary and factual storytelling. My background combines qualitative and quantitative research, including fieldwork in Côte d’Ivoire (150+ interviews) and analysis using SPSS and R, which I draw on to shape real-world stories with depth and context.

My experience spans live production, development research, and independent filmmaking, as well as work across research, acquisitions, and early-stage development for a historical drama platform.

I’m particularly interested in stories grounded in lived experience and shaped through careful research.I’m currently developing an ethnographic project documenting oral musical traditions within the Agni (Akan) community in Côte d’Ivoire, focused on cultural preservation.

Growing up between British and West African contexts, I’m drawn to stories that challenge perspective, question bias, and bring underrepresented voices into focus, particularly across history, music, and culture, as well as projects that communicate complex ideas in accessible ways.
