I'm a Series Editor on factual and documentary series. I've worked with Nicola several times now, she's one of my go-to edit producers, and as soon as I know she's booked, I breathe a sigh of relief. She's just really good, reliable, efficient and hard working. She has great editorial judgement, can turn her hand to any subject matter, and works well with her editors. She's the edit producer you dont need to worry about.
I have worked with Nicola on a variety of projects over many years and would very much recommend her. She is diligent, thorough and runs a tight edit hitting all deadlines. That would be great on its own but what sets her apart is her strong editorial eye and ability to craft a story from a (sometimes poorly shot) mass of rushes delivering really lovely content in the time available. Editors also enjoy working with her and I hear great things from them about her - no small feat! She communicates well and reacts to notes with great skill. She will always be right at the top of my list when crewing and I hope we work on many more projects together in the future.
