American documentary producer who has recently relocated from the US to the UK and has a valid work visa.

In my more than 20 years' experience,  I have produced, directed, written, and occasionally shot, investigative films about the insanity plea (Frontline), the health care system (Frontline), renewable energy (Discovery Channel), meth addiction (National Geographic), relief efforts in the Congo (Bill Moyers Journal) and religious tensions in Nigeria (Belief). 

Along with hard-hitting investigative stories, I have directed historical and science-based documentaries on topics as varied as the National Mall (PBS), the 1977 New York blackout (American Experience), the building of the Duomo in Florence (NOVA), the mystery of Ozti, the Iceman (NOVA), the saga of a possible long-lost portait by Leonardo da Vinci (NOVA), and the new era of extreme weather (NOVA), the beneficial impact predators can have on an African wilderness (NOVA), and the inspirational story of Dr. Pat Brown, who invented the Impossible Burger in an effort to combat climate change.  

It has been my pleasure to work with top correspondents Lisa Ling, Hedrick Smith, Bill Moyers, David Pogue, and New Yorker writer William Finnegan.  First drawn to documentaries while studying literature and film at Columbia University, I am constantly seeking and developing stories that are surprising, informative, visually engaging, impactful, and true.  My work has earned numerous Emmy nominations and one Emmy award. 

Collaborating with talented, demanding colleagues has been one of the many joys of this career, I'm looking forward to teaming up with UK production companies in bringing high-quality, enduring documentaries to a wide audience. Read Less
