Founder and co-director of the performance collective ClusterFlux. Based in London and originally born and raised in the Netherlands. Currently producing theatre within the UK and touring internationally.

An established writer, director, actor, designer, translator, marketing manager and workshops facilitator at London drama schools.

Being fluent in both Dutch and English, with experience in transcription and translation between the two languages, is something which has been invaluable in my work within the international arts community. With a solid background in theatre and a proven record of meeting tight deadlines in high-pressure environments, I have a strong ability to bring efficiency and attention to detail. 

As the founder of ClusterFlux, I’ve managed multiple projects and schedules, from performing at the Edinburgh Fringe to collaborating with the Amsterdam Fringe. These experiences have taught me how to handle high-stakes deadlines without compromising on quality or creativity.

On top of that, I’ve worked on English/Dutch transcription and translation, which has been useful in creating accessible, bilingual content that connects with diverse audiences. This skill has allowed me to work more fluidly across cultural teams and engage wider audiences for our productions.
