I graduated from the University of Cambridge with a First Class degree in English in June 2024, and both of my dissertations won the T. R. Henn Prize for ‘best original composition, or compositions, of a creative nature’. I am fascinated by the process of bringing a concept to an audience, and I look forward to transferring my longstanding enthusiasm for storytelling into a Production role. My experience producing a show in Cambridge’s Fitzpatrick Hall equipped me with the organisational skills needed in my current role at King’s Head Theatre. The opportunity to support the theatre’s Production and Marketing teams has been pivotal to my understanding of how to turn an idea into a tangible result. Assisting in a concept’s development through contract writing, budgeting and show research has been extremely rewarding. My position as a lead editor of Cambridge university’s longest-running arts zine also challenged me to be both selective and open-minded when approaching different art forms. Ensuring artists feel supported is key to creating inspiring outcomes, and my ability to work well in both smaller and larger teams is something I would look forward to implementing in a Production role.
