Dynamic and enthusiastic researcher of living and extinct wildlife with 8+ years’ experience in science communication, research and TV, including a PhD in shark ecology and palaeobiology. Experiences in TV include wildlife documentary credits, where I served as a scientific contributor, aided set-ups of national and international shoots, and presented on-screen with Steve Backshall. My additional work demonstrates innovative and imaginative forms of science storytelling, including writing a highly successful article for The Guardian, and developing an animated TED-Ed lesson with over 1.3 million views on YouTube.
