Key Experience: • Setting up international and UK shoots (travel & accommodation, film permits, kit & crew, visas, carnets, fixers and vaccinations) • Writing extensive risk assessments for international and UK shoots, often in remote locations across the world, and involving sensitive stories & risky locations • CM management and forecasting • Contracts and insurance • Hiring crew and negotiating rates • Scheduling • Child licensing (UK) • Basic disclosure checks • Working with talent and liaising with agents • Tapeless workflow, digitising & backing up rushes • PMI • Post Production paperwork – BBC, Discovery, Sky, E4 and online content • Silvermouse & Soundmouse • Archive clearance • Managing teams of transcribers & translators for edits • Working with sensitive contributors in extremely sensitive situations • Rigging / De-rigging locations and working remotely for periods of time Read Less
