I am an enthusiastic and eager casting researcher with 4 years of experience working in production roles in the industry. I love to use as many creative ways as possible to cast a wide net and find the most interesting and diverse range of potential contributors, to ensure a diverse and rich pool of talent to draw upon. I am confident in using traditional and more unconventional communication techniques, and I am always keen to jump on the phone and get connected directly where possible. In my previous career as a journalist, I would have to source all of my own contributors for pieces which gave me a passion for connecting with the public, and also a journalistic rigour with background checks and quality research.
