I'm a London-based Writer-Director, Producer and Editor working across fiction, documentary and commercial film. My first role in the industry was as a Development Assistant on Gerald Fox's BFI documentary Kinaesthesia, on which I later became Producer and Editor - the film premiered at BFI Southbank NFT1 and was praised by The Guardian for its "expert edit" of early cinema clips.

My work on Kinaesthesia, a study of early, pre-verbal cinema technique, sits alongside a long-running darkroom photography practice - both concerned with meaning made without words, in gesture, expression and composition. I'm drawn to what can be read in silence. This curiosity was heightened by my time living and working in Taiwan, where speaking Mandarin shaped how I tell stories across cultures.

I also 1st AD and shoot Stills and BTS - since 2024 I've supported Writer-Director Dorothea Sing Zhang on commercial campaigns across Europe and Asia for RIMOWA, Vogue China, Nothing, Hermès, Bottega Veneta and Prada, and travelled to the Gobi Desert as Stills Photographer and BTS Videographer on her short film As a Cure, selected at Locarno and San Sebastián.

I'm currently in development on my directorial debut, the fiction short If Walls Could Talk. But, as always, I'm still looking for ways to get on set and learn from fellow filmmakers, whether it's Assistant Directing, Stills/BTS, or Editing.
