Hi, I'm Nicola, a published author, script editor and screenwriter. I come from a marketing PR and journalism background and after 20 years in editorial related industries, I've built a range of skills from researching, writing and editing, to problem solving and creative thinking. I have traditionally published four novels for adults and have a commissioned children's novel distrubuted to all the schools in my county.

I have just finished shadow script editing on Season 3 of The Dry (Element Pictures, UTV / RTE) and am working across a number of writing and development projects with Cowtown Pictures (supported by Screen Ireland), Red Ted Media (supported by Screen Ireland), and Stellify Media. I currently freelance in Film and TV Clearance.

I am interested in editorial adjacent projects from screenwriting and script editing, but am also interested in researching, development, AP positions and podcasting.

I have wide interests - my books are deeply researched historical fiction, yet I'm fully up to date with realitity TV and trends, documentaries and drama. And I love it all. Read Less
