Now freelance after more than 20 years experience producing and reporting on radio and tv for some of the biggest mainstream shows on the BBC.

I've worked across drama, news, comedy, factual, children's, arts and sport - doing everything from blowing up the One Show studio to making an award-winning podcast about the murder of a young black midwife.

Most recently, I was the Exec on the award-winning Terribly Famous - a scripted narrative podcast for Wondery that I helped launch with our team at Loftus Media.

I'm never happier than when bringing warmth, humour and lightness of a touch to a project - and have a great ear for creative storytelling. But I've also got years of journalistic experience, so I can do the detail too.

I have a reputation as an inspirational and caring leader - and have produced big-name talent including Claudia Winkleman, Chris Evans and Jeremy Vine.
