I am currently working at Paramount+ across multiple in-house productions for MTV&Comedy Central. Prior to this I spent six years, as a staff Production Executive at Rumpus Media, working across a slate of varying formats and genres including factual entertainment, factual, Observational & investigative Documentary, comedy,
shortform, & development tasters – as well as being across company logistics.
My role included preparing and negotiating budgets, schedules, and cost reports with the broadcaster. Hiring teams for
new productions and development. Setting up of filming around the world (including Extreme & Hostile Environments),
Overseeing international sales negotiations and deliverables, managing music clearance deals, payroll & company
accounts, establishing post & kit deals. Preparing all company Insurance claims, DCMS applications & loan
agreements. Producing numerous protocols including covid, security & safety, and Contributor duty of Care protocols
including vulnerable contributors such as victims of stalking or child abuse. Setting up company accessibility & training
schemes.
