Hi, I’m Eliza, an aspiring TV Production Manager with a unique blend of experience in creative industries and team leadership. Currently, I work as a restaurant manager, where I’ve developed exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills. These abilities are directly transferable to the fast-paced world of television production, where coordinating teams and ensuring smooth workflows are critical to success.

I hold a first-class honours degree in Communication and Media, my passion for storytelling has driven me to achieve milestones such as directing Busk Stop, a short film that became a semi-finalist in the Sony Future Filmmakers Student Film Festival. Additionally, I led the official Refugee Week 2024 social media campaign, combining strategic planning with creativity to deliver impactful messaging.

My role as a restaurant manager has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, manage tight schedules, and adapt to ever-changing circumstances—qualities that align seamlessly with the demands of TV production.
