Joe worked as an Assistant Editor on the latest series of The Voice UK and impressed me from the start. Starting with his video covering letter when applying for the role, he demonstrated not just the time and effort he's willing to put in to make a good impression but also his personality and sense of humour. Throughout the production Joe was organised, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with day to day.
