My name is Ines Martins, I'm 30 years old, I'm originally from Lisbon, Portugal but I have been living in England for almost 11 years now. I'm interested in finding work as a Runner (floor and/or production), production assistant, or any entry-level position in production.

My production experience was built during my time as a Freelance Runner and Production Assistant across a wide range of projects, from music videos and podcasts to photography shoots, studio sessions, on-location recordings and interviews. I have been involved in every stage of production, from pre- to post-production. My responsibilities included completing key documentation such as location agreements, health and safety forms, budgets, risk assessments, storyboards, shot lists and call sheets, as well as managing schedules, arranging client and team meetings, scouting and booking locations and equipment, and caring for on-set talent. I maintained our green rooms, ensured shoots ran smoothly and professionally, and was always the first to step in wherever I was needed.

In post-production, I worked alongside editors to maintain organised files and footage, and developed hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, Lightroom and InDesign) giving me a practical understanding of the full post-production workflow. These experiences have given me the confidence to take initiative, solve problems independently, and work effectively both individually and as part of a team, even in fast-paced, high pressure environments.
