Hey! I'm Max, an Early Careers Apprentice at BBC Studios in Bristol.

I'm completing a Post - Production focused Level 4 apprenticeship, picking up skills in media management and technical support along the way.Before landing at the BBC, I built experience across the media industry. I Worked at the Yrdd Eistedfodd 2025, clipping and logging performances.

I also completed a work experience stint as a Camera Operator with Shockwave Digital, shooting live performances for a music gig, and as a Production Runner with Orchard Media in Cardiff.On the education side, I hold an NVQ Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media (Film & TV) with a Merit from Cardiff and Vale College, plus a NVQ Level 1 in Preparing to Work in the Film Industry from Coleg Ceredigion.

I am currently progressing through a Post - Production Technical Operator (Level 4) apprenticeship with London Southbank University.I've also been proactively expanding my knowledge through certifications, including courses from Gorilla Academy, Whisper Cymru, AVID, and Screen Alliance Wales as well as Claude 101 through Anthropic.In short, I'm a motivated early-career media professional with a strong technical foundation, a growing industry network, and a genuine enthusiasm for post-production.
