My background is in editing and post workflows. I have experience supporting documentary productions through media management, ingest, proxy creation and organising footage for editorial. I’m particularly interested in shaping character-led stories in the edit and working with interviews, archive and observational material.
Alongside industry roles, I direct and edit my own films. My short documentary Curse of Ham was developed after I successfully pitched the project and secured funding through the Roundhouse Film Fund. I directed and edited the film, overseeing the creative development from concept through to post-production.
I have also edited short-form documentary and cultural content for The Black State (@the.blackstate), and previously worked as an Edit Assistant on a documentary exploring gentrification in Peckham.
I studied Psychology at UCL, which informs my interest in human behaviour and character-driven storytelling.
I’m particularly keen to continue developing within documentary and factual TV, especially in editing, post-production and story development.
