Read MoreAs a child growing up in the valleys of South Wales and then settling in the metropolis of Liverpool, I often lived in my imagination for hours playing in the streets with friends, writing stories or watching films on VHS and DVDs. It wasn’t until living in Spain during the COVID-19 pandemic that I heeded an innate pull to pursue a career within the cinematic universe. I have since studied filmmaking at the School of Digital Arts and collaborated on many short film projects, specialising in film producing. Now a graduate, I seek work on film projects that incite conversations surrounding social issues and human conditions.
With a particular interest in allegorical narratives and character-driven stories that champion overlooked perspectives, I love to explore the intricacy of our relationships, the diversity of the human experience and the triumph of of overcoming the improbable
against all odds. I believe cinematic storytelling in this context has the power to stir empathy and transcend cultural boundaries through cultural resonance. At the root of my practice is this desire to connect an audience through familiar and unfamiliar landscapes, be it physical or emotional.
