Currently, I am the head of the lighting department for stage productions, co-head of the Theatre Tech Club, and the founder of the Film Club at my school. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience as a library assistant over the past two years.
In my roles, I have honed my leadership and organisational skills, ensuring that all activities are engaging, informative, and creatively stimulating. My responsibilities have helped me develop a strong sense of global citizenship, responsibility, and time management. My expertise lies in performing both on stage and in front of the camera, working with stage technology, creating digital short films, and creative writing. Being bilingual and having lived in five different countries has also enhanced my ability to connect with diverse audiences.
I am proud of my achievements, including writing my own novel and seeking a literary agent, as well as my four years of training at the Pauline Quirke Academy, where I developed skills in filmmaking, comedy, drama, and musical theatre. I have received a distinction in the Grade 4 RSL Stage & Screen Award and an art scholarship from my current school.
My proficiency in iMovie and other digital editing software allows me to produce high-quality films and content. Looking ahead, I plan to study film production at university and aspire to become a film director, with interests in screenwriting, film editing, and various other roles within the industry. I am excited about the future and eager to explore opportunities that will allow me to further develop my skills and contribute to the world of film.
