Originally from the Scottish Borders, I am an aspiring Documentary Filmmaker, having recently graduated from a BA Filmmaking degree.

I am interested in documentaries which are anthropological and investigative in nature focusing on communities and subcultures and where they fit into the wider society.

Over the course of my BA I have gained experience in documentary in the role of producer, producing two documentary shorts. ‘Wicked and Bad’ made in 2023, about a Kill the Bill protester facing a prison sentence, which won the Student award at Encounters 2023 and was nominated for a RTS West of England Student Award. As well as ‘Kezzy’ a film exploring queer nightlife and activism in Bristol. I have also directed a short ‘Birth Injuries’ exploring the impact of birth related trauma on a mother. Read Less
