Nina joined us as Head of Production shortly after we set up Hello Halo and quickly became an intrinsic part of the business. She was instrumental in helping the business grow from a small to medium sized indie in a short space of time. Looking after as many as 4 - 5 projects at a time, she needed to be (and indeed is!) extremely organised, focussed and hard working. In her role she managed several different production teams to ensure projects worked to budget and that compliance, H&S, Albert certifications, paperwork and all programmes were delivered accurately and efficiently. She also dealt with all legal and business affairs matters with charm and aplomb! Nina is a highly effective problem solver and always looks for creative solutions which is often hard to find these days. She’s a great people person too, managing to navigate fee negotiations with tricky agents and come out the other end with everyone being happy with the outcome. In short, Nina is a real asset to any company, you’d be very lucky to have her, she gives 100% and is an absolute joy to work with. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
