I'm Molly, an MSci Biology graduate with industry experience across factual entertainment, natural history, commercials, and post-production.

Over the past year, I’ve supported production, editorial, and post teams anywhere I can: amending call sheets, managing travel and accommodation bookings, coordinating inventory and supplies, logging, timecoding footage, and assisting with crew scheduling.

I’ve shadowed Production Coordinators and PMAs under a Mentoring Scheme at Wildstar Films, to learn how detailed planning and clear communication keep shoots running smoothly. I anticipate potential challenges, stay organised under pressure, and keep teams coordinated from pre-production through to wrap.

I’m now looking to progress into Production Management Assistant or Researcher roles, keen to build on my experience and take on more responsibility. Read Less
