Steve's a fantastic exec. He has great editorial instincts, both on the shoot and in the edit, and can adapt easily to different tones and audiences. He's a creative thinker, a strong communicator and problem solver, collaborative, super-organised and skilled at building/leading a team and setting its culture. I really enjoyed working with him and definitely hope to again.
