Read MoreI am a London-based filmmaker with hands-on training from the London Film Academy, mentorship with The Edge Picture Company, and a film lighting course at Raindance Film School. While my experience spans multiple roles across film production, I have recently focused on Director of Photography (DOP) and Camera Operator roles, refining my ability to craft compelling, cinematic visuals that serve story and emotion. I also recently wrapped a feature film as 2nd AC and DIT on a production covered by the BBC, further strengthening my experience within high-level, professional workflows.
From the start of my filmmaking career, I’ve been dedicated to crafting narratives that evoke deep emotion and spotlight underrepresented perspectives. My debut short film, Labayk, which won the EVCOM Clarion Award, reflects my commitment to socially conscious, character-driven storytelling. I’m drawn to films that balance intimacy with visual boldness—stories that feel emotionally raw, culturally grounded, and visually intentional—pushing me to create work that is both cinematic and meaningful.
I’ve had the privilege to work with talents including David Bradley (Game of Thrones, Harry Potter), Asma Khan (Netflix’s Chef’s Table), and Eshaan Akbar (Netflix’s Sex Education). My work spans documentary and commercial productions, including projects for EMHIP and Channel 4’s The Plug social campaign, as well as branded and cultural campaigns in collaboration with organisations such as The Barbican.
With a versatile skill set across directing, cinematography, editing, and colour grading, I bring both technical precision and creative clarity to every project. I prioritise collaboration on set, creating an environment where ideas are valued and teams feel supported in delivering their best work.
As I continue to grow, I’m focused on expanding into larger-scale narrative and commercial productions, constantly refining my craft and striving to create visually powerful, culturally resonant films.
