Hi, I’m Dylan, a 22 year-old Welsh ocean science communicator and storyteller. ​I graduated in 2024 with a BSc in Biology from the University of Southampton, and since then I’ve been immersing myself in experiences that develop both my scientific knowledge and storytelling skills.​

Since June 2024 I’ve logged around 350+ volunteer hours from scientific blog writing for organisations like Ocean Culture Life, to event volunteering with Wildscreen, and both UK-based and international marine field research experience that has incorporated storytelling opportunities that I publish on my own social media and YouTube channel.

​​​​I believe the ocean is integral to everyone, and in an age where ocean literacy is more important than ever, I hope to play a part in making marine science and conservation more visible, relatable, and impactful. Read Less
