I am a Maltese biologist & filmmaker currently based in Bristol, UK. I have extensive experience studying and working with a wide range of organisms, my area of expertise being entomology & arachnology. I have co-authored three books and published over 30 scientific papers on the subject and I have discovered four new species to science. I have experience filming macro behavioural sequences both on location and in sets. I have produced, directed, filmed and presented a wide range of films - from dinosaurs at the London Natural History Museum to orchids in Costa Rica. My work has been recognised by Jackson Wild, Green Screen & BAFTA. Currently working at the BBC Natural History Unit on a new Landmark Series. Read Less
