I am interested in exploring the changing relationship we have with our planet and developing more nuanced depictions of contemporary queer identities. I choos projects based on this personal thematic and am proud to have worked on a number of notable productions including A Fire Inside (FINCH), Attenborough's Life in Colour (SeaLight Pictures), Regenerating Australia, Rachel's Farm, and Future Council (all Regen Studios). I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Sydney, a Masters in Documentary Filmmaking from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, and a Masters of Climate Change from the Australian National University. I am a citizen of both Australia and the UK.
Having completed my first masters at the end of 2019, I undertook internships with the Australian Broadcasting Company and Special Broadcasting Service in 2020, before working as the Post Production Coordinator on Recorder Queen (Music Film, ABC), and as a Production Assistant on Attenborough’s Life in Colour (SeaLight Pictures, Stan). In 2021 I was awarded a Screen NSW attachment on the series Sydney Harbour Force (Discovery Channel) before working as the Archive Coordinator and Researcher on A Fire Inside (FINCH, Sydney Festival 2021).
In 2022 I received a place in the Australian International Documentary Conferences’s Leading Lights program for emerging producers and also undertook a Fellowship with the Australian Conservation Foundation. In that year I also completed a Masters of Climate Change at the Australian National University, focusing on just transition framing and community engagement with previously marginalised communities. My research paper has recently been published in Environmental Politics.
I starting working with Regen Studios (That Sugar Film, 2040, Regenerating Australia) as their Impact Coordinator in mid-2022 and helped to craft and execute impact and outreach campaigns on a number of projects.
I moved to London in early 2024 and worked with the BFI on London Film Festival 2024. I'm currently working as a freelance research at the AKO Storytelling Institute at University of the Arts London.
