I do not mind to start from beginning as I usually perform the role of a fixer or location scout in pre-production. I learned mostly from being on a film set. I frequently appeared in Johnny To's (2023 Cannes Film Festival judge) Milkyway Image Production films. That's why Milkyway's producer singled me out to help him with the set up of the medical related scenes in the movies and TV. Because of my connection with the medical world, I usually came back the next day with meeting setup within 3 days. The same also went for the Discovery Channel 5 Takes: Pacific Rim. Various shooting locations with negotiation came back the next day or two after I joined the project.
If something is a little over my head, I partnered with the like of the broadcast company such as the Cable TV of Hong Kong in 1998 to bid on the broadcast right for "The Asia Symposium on stenting" for Hong Kong and southeast Asia.
Lastly, I did an audition piece for an European client of a British casting company, Twentyfive group. I directed, edited and starred in that short video, depicting the camera angle and editing for the future commercial. That video impressed the casting director so much that my video was submitted to the European client. It is available on my dropbox link as follow

I had to cut down the final framing smaller than 16:9 because I need to shorten the uploading time as I used 2.5 hrs in shooting including devising the scene, another 2 hours for editing and submitted 20 mins before the deadline. I attributed this result as my 26 years of experience in front of the camera watching behind-the-scene heroes to work their magic and my subsequent interest and commitment to film.
For my on-screen work, this is what my American counterparts said about me:
