I am a northern-based British Camera Assistant and Camera Operator, looking for entry-level Camera Trainee experience.

I have experience shooting for short films, online entertainment, and commercials. I have shot for the BFI, Kodak, The Northern Film School and YouTube content creators. I am originally from Chester but moved to Leeds in 2021 to study at the Northern Film School. My main bases are Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.

I completed a short course with the Young BFI Film Academy in 2020 and studied a degree in BA(Hons) Filmmaking at the Northern Film School, Leeds Beckett University, graduating in 2024. 

I have worked with both digital format and Super 16mm film. During my time at The Northern Film School I worked within the camera department, shooting in studio spaces and external locations. My responsibilities included DOP, camera operator, camera assistant, clapper loader, focus puller, and DIT.

My experience in drama and commercials has developed my resilience; communication skills; organisation; and good on-set etiquette. I have a strong passion for working in the camera department of HETV and feature film.   Read Less
