Remote / hybrid working from the Midlands.I have over 7 years of experience as a Line Producer / Unit Production Manager, expertly running multiple production teams across factual entertainment, specialist factual and documentary programming. I am proficient in PMI, and at ease with writing budgets and production schedules. I am confident in the realm of high risk production activities and hostile filming environments, having written numerous HFP's, Covid Protocols and Duty of Care documents.  I have seen many commissions through from development to greenlight and beyond, and have solid experience in People Management and all aspects of HR (RTW checks, new starter setups, mandatory training, GDPR, IR35).
