I am an experienced Senior Producer, working in marketing and advertising. I deliver large-scale, cross-media shoots with production budgets ranging from £20k to £6m. I come from a TVC background and specialise in projects that require TV, digital, Events, print and audio. My clients have included Sky, Nike, Rolls Royce, Toyota, Land Rover, Coca-Cola, Sony and Tesco.

My skill is in building teams. It’s what I love doing. Every shoot involves a slightly different group of people, from experienced professionals to first timers. For the last 10 years I have been recruiting crews and making them into a team. Every shoot has its challenges and learning. Part of my role is to constantly build the skills and capacity of those around me so they can go on and lead the next shoot.

I am very calm in a crisis. It’s about how you galvanise the team around you to act responsibly and quickly while ensuring the quality of the work doesn’t suffer.
