I am a filmmaker who relishes writing and developing complex and often sensitive stories and seeing them through to edit.
In the last year I've been edit producing several high profile series with very different challenges. The Royal Mob for Sky History was an unusual but highly successful combination of scripted drama and expert interview. On this series I was able to combine my passion and understanding of epic historical stories with my ability able to write and work closely with talented editors to create truly dramatic and powerful sequences. 

More recently I've been enjoying a very different challenge of creating a dramatic and editorially cohesive story out of  a single one on one interview for Piers Morgan: The Killer Interview, a new true crime series for Fox's VOD service. I've also cut two 80min true crime specials for ABC's 20/20 as well several other "non comm" streamer friendly series for Oxygen and Discovery.

As a PD, I have worked on a lot of productions which have involved setting up documentary shoots abroad and then producing and shooting drama recon in the UK.  In this way I have secured and delivered many compelling first person testimonies to combine with  ambitious cinematic sequences for SVOD providers such as NETFLIX and primetime shows such as ITV’s Pride of Britain.

I am an experienced camera operator who can shoot blue-chip looking interviews as well composed GVs and actuality, but I’m equally comfortable working with crews and talent both abroad and on the drama set. I’m passionate about History, Politics, Religion, Current Affaires, Crime and Social Interest/Impact filmmaking.
