As an experienced programme-maker, I’ve taken both first series and single films from development, through production and then into the edit. From gaining access to hard-to-reach precincts, (‘Stacey Dooley: Inside The Convent’), to developing state of the nation series (BAFTA Nominated / RTS Winning ‘Hospital’), I combine a passion for storytelling with journalistic rigour. Creatively, I enjoy finding unique ways to tell a story. As Series Producer of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over USA, I delivered jaw-dropping human stories and managed the team through each stage from casting to negotiating access, scripting, thorough compliance, contributor welfare and then into the edit. I can operate under tight deadlines – as Producer / Director of ‘When Sven Scored With Ulrika’, I delivered an engaging and spirited doc with insight into the consequences of phone hacking on women in the noughties, within 10 weeks of it being greenlit. In my spare time in 2023 and 2024, I'm working on a completely independent documentary, a beguiling and at times sinister story spanning 4 decades.   Read Less
