Jaeden was a joy to have in the edit for his work experience on Strictly Come Dancing in the Post Production Dept at BBC Studio Works. He was attentive all the time, amazed at all the many different jobs there are to do in TV. He was aware of the high pressure of delivering a live show and showed great interest even when he was just observing. He also spent time doing tasks on the Avid which he did well and time shadowing the other runners, delivering drinks and food to the clients. Jaeden will be great as a Runner
