I am currently the assistant editor of GB News Breakfast. Alongside this, I am doing a part-time NCTJ at News Associates.

I have three years of experience as a full-time journalist, including as a planning and output producer. In addition, I was previously a part-time researcher for StoryFutures, working on projects led by senior industry experts.

I have published articles on the GB News website, and I also co-run a writing website, Around the Round Table. 

Whilst studying for my degree, I was the editor of my university’s largest editorial paper, Orbital. We placed in prestigious awards under my leadership and enjoyed thousands of monthly readers.

During my time at GB News Breakfast, we have won Best News Programme at the TRIC Awards twice and are currently nominated for the 2025 award. 

I am passionate about the direction of politics in Britain and abroad. I believe, in the current climate, my duty as a journalist is to help report the news impartially and neutrally. 

I am also an avid reader and writer, having received a first-class degree in English Literature. As an Irish person who's lived in Britain for six years, I feel I have a unique perspective on politics which lends itself to my journalism. Read Less
